Fish and mussels

At the seaside, we enjoy fish and shellfish! A la carte : Saint Pierre fillet with citrus fruits, skate wing with glasswort, blanquette of cuttlefish with pineau & turmeric but also local mussels or mussels with sauce (Pineau des Charentes, Roquefort...). Suggestions of the chef depending on the availability.

For lovers of meat, rib steak, duck leg or braised ham served with delicious homemade fries.
